Beargrass Ranch

GROUPS

Group & Corporate Retreats

The ranch is a good place to get a group out of its own head. We host company retreats, family reunions, board offsites, and trail outfits — a dozen to forty people — with real beds across the cabins, lodge, and bunkhouse, meeting space in the lodge great room, and three honest meals a day from my kitchen. Between sessions Cole's outfit can put your people on horseback or on the river toward Glacier, and every evening ends at the long table, which is where the real work usually gets done.

A retreat here means real beds in the cabins, lodge, and bunkhouse; meeting space in the lodge great room with a stone fireplace and a view that makes people stop talking mid-sentence; and three honest meals a day out of my kitchen. Between sessions, the outfit can put your people on horseback, on the river with a fly rod, or out into the country toward Glacier's west gate.

And every evening ends at the long larch table, which is where the real work usually gets done — over my brisket and a slice of huckleberry pie, when the laptops are shut and folks finally talk to each other like people. Groups run best in the shoulder seasons, late May and golden October, but I'll find room for you whenever I can. Tell me your dates, your numbers, and what you're after, and I'll put together a plan and a quote.
